A shiver down the spine. A tightening of the throat. Moistening of the eyes. And all unexpected. It was only by chance that I’d heard about the Festival of Remembrance at Matlock Bath’s Grand Pavilion.

| A new picture taken from CCTV at the Portland Hotel in Chesterfield on Monday has been added to this post - and shows the last time that Shaun was seen.

Shaun is around 5ft 6ins tall, of slim build and has a small moustache, and grey/dark hair.

We remain very concerned for his safety and would urge anyone with any information to come forward now.

| We are concerned for the safety of a man who we believe may be missing in the Matlock area.

Shaun was last seen around a week ago but is believed to have travelled to Matlock in recent days – his phone had been found in the High Tor area earlier today (14 Nov).

It is unknown what Shaun is currently wearing, however, he normally wears large outdoor coats – as well as an orange high viz tabard/jacket.

While the 65-year-old lives in the Chesterfield area – he does frequent Matlock regularly where he likes to walk, as well drinking in Staveley. His main mode of transport is by bus if he is not walking.

Anyone who has seen Shaun, or knows where he may be, is asked to contact us using any of the below methods, including reference 382-141124:

Ashgate Heritage Arts have performed their first few shows of Mountains of the Moon to a crowed that LOVED it!

They will join us at The Grand Pavilion THIS FRIDAY 6-7:30 pm and we can't wait!

This fantastic show stars the wonderful Matthew Bugg (shown here in rehearsals) who is known for his dazzling Westend performances as well as his own writing and directing in parts such as Zorro; Gatsby: The Next Chapter; Dear Lupin; The Secret of Sherlock Holmes; Volcano; Cirque Berserk and Our Man in Havana and most recently Gollum!
