Last night Mauchline Girl Guiding staff booked three games and all managed in the nick of time. Many thanks ladies... I don't think I've ever enjoyed watching as much... very close and everyone seemed to have a great time. Hope to do it again soon !

Last but not least ... my temp college group in Kilwinning had a go this week and a battle of the sexes saw a win for the ladies who pipped the lads to the post by 2 minutes... better luck next time lads.... gonna miss you crazy cats ! See ye at Xmas. Oh and any ladies out there the big laddie in pic #2 isny George Clooney although I know he's clearly a dead ringer

Last night Team McDade 18months on from their first game have now set the records for the above three Escape Rooms. No tips given ...nobody has even been close to this kind of performance and maybe never will ? ...Come and have a go if you think you are clever enough !!!

This Tuesday T.A.C.T booked three games to end their employability coursework with a bit of fun. Staff and the young adults on the course managed to complete our Monster Mash game in 58 mins with another group almost cracking Dr Puzzle in an hour but not quite. It was a pleasure to watch the wheels turn and I hope to do it again in the near future

Thanks to all who took part yesterday at Fullarton ConneXions in Irvine. Three teams of ladies took part in two games each and after a challenging start successfully conquered Cluedo & Monster Mash within the hour. It was fun watching you all work together !

Happy Birthday to David who turned 50 this week. His wife treated him and the family to 3 games today up in the amazing setting of Loch Lomond. They set a time of 47mins for Cluedo which I think will take some beating and 55 mins for Dr Puzzle … very impressive. Well done guys and thanks for having me there you were great hosts!

Just putting this out there. I was considering upscaling the Cluedo game and maybe others to be suitable for a Murder Mystery Night. This would still have all the puzzle features but have star prizes, costume/role play and other features if it meets your needs. These games are flexible and the contents can be hidden around larger areas with additional features

Today the Work Based Assessors from Ayrshire College took on Dr Puzzle, Monster Mash and the NEW Cluedo game in three groups. They cracked Cluedo in 50 mins, Monster Mash in 53mins with the Dr Puzzle group narrowly missing out in the 60mins. Much fun had by all. All three of these can run concurrently for £120 and keep 20+ people entertained for over an hour. All from the comfort of your workplace or private event - I do all the set up and take away afterwards. Loch Lomond tomorrow for a 50th birthday weekend ... looking forward to the next participants !! ... still a few slots available before Xmas.

New Cluedo Escape Room finished and ready for bookings. This one came together nicely and thanks to Nae-sae-new who had some of the parts for me from their wide range of antiques and collectables.

Today two teams managed to complete Dr Puzzle and the new Monster Mash game with literally seconds to spare … it was a pleasure to host you guys ! This was the first time the new game has been completed in under an hour although not by much … so come and have a go folks if you think you are clever enough! I have various spaces free for bookings on the run up to Xmas so why don’t you let me bring your team building/party activity to you ! Book both games for £90 and twice for £150

First Monster Mash booking today and the Project Search group from Culzean gave it a good old try in 1hr and 5mins !! .... who will be the first to crack this one ??

Monster Mash is spooky/occult themed and is suitable for teens or adults and is 8/10 in terms of difficulty. Things are not as they seem in this one and it will challenge even the smartest of you.
Dr Puzzle is a very forensic game and sees you solving the riddle of a serial killer and requires analysis of victim records and insights into the mind of the evil Doctor. This one is tough and time can get away from you. 9/10 in difficulty
Treasure Island is more light hearted fun for all ages. Having said that there is a wide range of puzzle formats in this one and is not so easy. You have landed in paradise with the wrong suitcase and the contents lead you on a quest for a box full of gems. 7.5/10 for this one in difficulty.

Big Congrats to The McDade's who tonight completed Dr. Puzzle in 48 mins !! who booked us for a birthday get-together. The gauntlet has been set for others - I cant see this time being beaten for a while. There is a bottle of fizz in it for anyone who can - so come and have a go if you think your team is smart enough ! Thanks so much to those who took part ... some serious brain power on display tonight.

Some recent pics of some xmas party fun with our Treasure Island escape room. Note this can be set as a treasure hunt/escape experience as required. The students completed in 46m 13s - staff however managed in 37m 14s, having said that both groups had a few small tips!
