BMC is delighted to have officially opened the brand new Rural Catering Centre which offers a fantastic range of tasty treats and menus in a relaxing and welcoming environment . So why not treat yourself and book a table today! Whether you fancy a morning coffee, three course lunch or a varied selection of evening dining we can provide you wi

th the very best dining experience! Set in the Food Capital of Leicestershire the Rural Catering Centre aims to showcase the best hospitality and catering that Leicestershire can offer. Using, as far as possible, locally sourced produce, supporting local businesses and traders whilst educating the students and forming a good grounding for their career in hospitality and catering. The Rural Catering Centre will be open from 11:00am - 3:00pm Tuesday- Friday (term time only), and will be serving coffees, three course lunches & Friday carveries. Takeaway is available on request. We also offer Quiz nights, Themed evenings and fine dining on Thursday evenings, perfect for special occasions, or simply those evenings where you prefer to sit back and relax while someone else does the cooking!

A fantastic day so far, meeting our new and returning students in our first induction. It won't be long until we will be opening our doors to the Rural Catering Restaurant, for food and service from them all!!!!!
