So I was asked on Saturday if I could step in at very short notice and supply catering for a funeral today, obviously I obliged.
There were a number of vegetarians attending the wake and someone with celiac disease. So I had to rack my brains and come up with a specially designed menu.
I was a little nervous as some of the food provided was completely new to me and I didn’t have time to practice before today. So me being me just went for it! I’ve just received this text message from Helen, the lady whom I dealt with…
