This is your sign to get that temporary tattoo bar!
This was epic, I just had to get one... so many people thought it was real.
Temporary tattoos were definitely a crowd pleaser. Even mums and dads were loving it!

Short answer...
YES!
Though, the rule of thumb is... it is common courtesy to feed the vendors that you have there all or most of the day - your videographer, photographer, wedding singer, or any other than that are there for longer than 6 hours.
Think of it like offering the plumber a cup of tea - it's just kind. Yes, you are paying them, but it is an act of kindness that goes a long way.
Vendor meals are a lot cheaper than paying per head at a venue.
ALSO, it is probably in their contract. So... make sure you read that!
Now you may ask WHY?
There's a few reasons, but the main one is that there is just nowhere to store a sandwich or home meal at a venue for that length of time...
Do they want to eat with us?
NO! We will just find a quiet place to eat - if your venue is used to this, there will be a designated area for the vendors to eat whilst you do before getting back to work quite promptly.

Wanna know?
Other people... yes... that is right... other people. More so, their opinions.
Generally, people mean well, but it is something about weddings that throws common sense out the window, and everyone suddenly wants to have a say on your big day.
The less information other people know about your wedding, the less they can give their thoughts or advice. If you want it - great. If not, a good phrase to use to deflect is: THANKS, WE WILL MAKE A DECISION ON THAT LATER.
If not, just tell them it is your wedding, not theirs ๐คช if you have any experience with this... drop something in the comments!

TOP TIPS ON GETTING YOUR WEDDING PLANNING STARTED:
๐ ENJOY the high of getting engaged - there is no need to rush the process.
๐ ORGANISE yourselves - make time to sit down and discuss your likes, dislikes, wants and needs surrounding weddings. This is important so that you can get on the same page.
๐ ASSESS your finances - I've said it before and I will say it again... a wedding is no excuse to go into debt. Weddings can be wonderful whether you have a big budget or not.
๐ MAKE A LIST of attendees - you're wondering why so early on? It's a great idea to make a list of who you want to invite. Venues have capacities; and food per head costs money. This will greatly help with budgeting.
๐ TAKE YOUR TIME and research - look at reviews, talk to vendors in person, go to wedding fairs. You do not need to book straight away unless it feels right. You won't regret the time taken to think about something.
If you DO need any help, I offer full & partial wedding planning, as well as 2-hour planning sessions for those who want a little boost.

Should I get it?
Right now there are a lot of businesses struggling and that does not stop at the wedding industry. Life can be unpredictable.
If you are recently engaged and in the throws of planning your wedding, insurance should be at the top of your list for these few reasons!
Weather Woes:
Mother Nature can be unpredictable, and no matter how much you try to plan around her, she might have other ideas. Imagine the heartbreak of having to cancel or postpone your outdoor wedding due to a hurricane, blizzard, or some other unexpected weather calamity. With wedding insurance, you can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that you're covered if the weather decides to play havoc with your plans.
Vendor Meltdowns:
We all hope that our wedding vendors will be professional and reliable, but sometimes life happens. What if your photographer falls ill, your florist goes out of business, or your caterer simply fails to show up? Wedding insurance can provide coverage for unforeseen vendor mishaps, allowing you to book a replacement vendor without breaking the bank.
Wardrobe Nightmares:
Your wedding attire is one of the most important elements of your big day. But what if your dress or tuxedo gets lost, damaged, or stolen? Wedding insurance has your back, offering coverage for your precious garments, so you can breathe a little easier and focus on enjoying the day.
Liability Protection:
Accidents can happen, and in the hustle and bustle of a wedding, it's better to be safe than sorry. Wedding insurance often includes liability coverage, which can protect you in case of property damage or bodily injury during your celebration. It's a small price to pay for peace of mind.
Financial Safety Net:
Let's face it, weddings can be expensive. From deposits and vendor payments to venue fees and rentals, you've invested a significant amount of money into your special day. Wedding insurance can act as a financial safety net, helping you recoup some of your costs if you need t
