Steak demo at Middlesbrough college
Yesterday we were delighted to provide a steak demonstration to the culinary students at Middlesbrough College!
Meg & Haylie from Tomahawk Acklam Hall alongside Country Valley Foods showcased not only where each cut comes from but how to cook that perfect medium-rare steak, before allowing the students to try it for themselves.
