Wow what a night we had at Borwick Hall. I'm not going to lie at the start everything felt so calm and peaceful I thought we were in for a quiet night but we ended up with some great catches.
Our evening started with a human pendulum, always a good way to get some energy going and get the groups working together. We carried this out in the downstairs hall. We believe we got the spirit of a male soldier that was killed by being hung drawn and quartered and was a Yorkshire soldier. So not to hold up too much of our evening we did not spend too much time on this and split off into our smaller groups.
My group headed to the library. We placed some cat balls around the room, a temperature gauge and REM pods and some of the guests had the K2s. We started with some call outs and all seemed quiet. We then got a temperature fluctuation and the gauge turned itself off twice and reset.......I have never seen this happen.
We continued with call outs and turned on the Alice Box. We asked who was playing with the temperature gauge and got the response 'boy'. We asked for a name and got Charles.
The REM pod then began to activate and was giving some intelligent responses along with K2 activity. Myself and another guest also felt very clear vibrations through the floor which could not be explained.
In order to get some more information, we conducted a spirit board session. We got further information of a Charles Evey age 47, unfortunately I am not able to find any information connected to this name and the building.
As time was moving quick, we decided to move to room 14 (bedroom), as we collected the equipment the REM pod started to play a little melody which we all heard. I literally stood with it in my hand speechless (for once) as this is not set to do such a thing and I am not able to explain how or why this happened.
Moving to room 14 again it started very quiet. A couple of the guests tried an ESTES method but got nothing. We set up the Alice Box and tried some.calling # out. We have a little spike on the REM but this was short lived. Thinking we were going to get nothing the room which was already cold went freezing, we had the name Albert come over the spirit box, we asked if it was the soldier and we Instantly started to get REM and K2 activity. I decided to try some mirror scrying, as we started this we had 'malevolent mirror" from the Alice Box, intelligent responses to what we were conducting. Our guest Paul seemed to have some changes to his look and at one point looked to flip his head back which he physically had not done. We then had the words 'murder, injustice, attack, arms, legs' which would fit with the information we had at the start of a soldier being hung, drawn and quartered.
Break time
After the break my group remained downstairs. We started with some.table.tipping which gave us nothing other than back ache lol.
Moving into a room with a long table and 2 pianos we tried the automatic writing board, here we believe to have connected to a female spirit age 24 by the name of Georgie, we conducted a spirit board at the same time which appeared to be giving the same information. And a K2 activating strongly at the same time. Both the writing board and spirit board came to a stop at the same time as the K2.
To finish the night we headed to the bar area and again tried an ESTES and portal session but with no interaction.
Overall we had a great night, my group was fabulous and really engaged, both groups appear to have had an active night and I hope as some of you continued to investigate as it was a sleep over the activity continued for you. I look forward to seeing you all again at a future investigation.
