To all our customers, due to the ever increasing temperatures this weekend please can you follow the following guidelines
The skin/material of the castle is made from an oil based product and under the bright sun light will increase dramatically in temperature and can possibly be to hot to touch , we therefore advise all our customers that children should wear socks and if possible cover up their legs , all our castles are fitted with roofs but obviously the angle of the sun will change throughout the day , we will endeavour to set the castle up so it will provide as much shade as possible but please do not attempt to reposition the castle once we have left as this will void your insurance cover and you will be held responsible, please ensure your children remain hydrated at all times , sun tan lotions maybe applied but please allow them to soak in b4 you let the children on the castles as the lotions can cause severe staining , we want you to enjoy your special day , stay safe 😊😊😊

Hi just a polite notice , we have been made aware recently that one of the latest scams is that someone has copied our bens bouncers page and will ask for a deposit when booking your bouncy castle , PLEASE NOTE we will NEVER ask for a deposit , we do it all on trust , we do a full postal check on your address and from now on a confirmation will be sent via text, it's a sad sad world we live in when we have to put up posts like this 🥲🥲

Due to expansion 5 new themes 😊 we will no longer be giving specific delivery times unless it's a timed delivery i:e Village/Community Hall whereby you have a timed party slot , from now on we will start our deliveries from 08:00 and hopefully have all deliveries done by 11/11:30 , we will always start our deliveries in Winsford ( thats where our yard is ) and work our way outwards , thankyou 😊😊
