Santa is doing his final preparations, and we will be arriving with him in Waterston at approximately 6:30pm tonight! Don't forget, we'll have Sparkle the Elf on with us too!

🎉‼️‼️THAT’S IT! NEW RECORD OF A COMPLETE SELL OUT OF SPARKLE BOOKINGS!!! ‼️‼️🎉

Sparkle the elf home visits is fully booked for 2023!!!

I’m afraid sparkle the elf was fully booked within the 1st minute of opening bang on 10pm! We’ve never ever experienced this!! But Smack bang on 10pm we had an influx of over 200 people on the website at once all fighting for the same slots which then crashed the system which we shut down immediately! Since then we have been slowly working through every booking in time order you’ve messaged to do the first come first serve basis still to make it fair!

Unfortunately quite a lot of people have missed out on slots and I’m so sorry about this but we have tried our utmost best to do everything we can to do it as fairly as possible. And I’m so very sorry I am limited on slots but like I said I am only one person and I’ll be working 7 weeks straight without any days off and doing 14 hour shifts every day in that time. So I really cannot stress enough I cannot fit anyone else in and I will try and work on improving this next year!

Please remember there are locations of businesses listed where you can come see sparkle the elf then! But you need to message those businesses directly to book on. A list of all of these places are below:
- y cerrig glas restaurant (Pembroke Dock)
- Nauticos restaurant (Milford)
- Neyland community hub (neyland)
- The trafalgar pub (Milford)
- Milford waterfront (Milford marina - don’t need to book just turn up and find sparkle)
- Milford haven town council (Milford light switch on - don’t need to book just turn up and find sparkle)
- Merlins magic (Haverfordwest)

Please keep an eye out on the page for any updates. And if you didn’t manage to get a visit but would like boxes for your children then they are £13.50 each and you’ll need to message the page asking for this. It’ll come with a letter explaining why sparkle is unable to visit!

Thank you everyone yet again you’ve really blown me away! Next year I really hope to expand and get more of you having the Xmas magical experience!
