Chicken Roulade - chicken breast filled with seasoned vegetables and grapes roasted together.

Prawn linguini - prawns tossed in a luxuriant parmigiana and double cream sauce on a bed of linguini

2 medium rare Fillet mignon grilled and served with fresh green beans and decadent dauphinoise potatoes.
(please advise us, if you prefer the steak cooked differently)

A very quick and easy salad for the days that you don’t have energy to cook for diner:

Make 4
Mixed leave 150gr
Tomatoes 🍅 2
Cucumber 🥒 half
Peppers 🫑 1
Olives 🫒 to taste
Avocado 🥑 1
Pecorino cheese 50gr
And any protein that you like I used Lamb chops

For dressing
2 tsp rice vine vinegar
1tsp cider vinegar
1tbs olive oil
Mix all up add salt to taste

Pre Heat your oven.
Bring the meat to room temperature and add a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper,drizzle a bit of oil over them and really coat them add a 2springs of rosemary and get them in the oven roasting.

The worst is over😜😜😜

While waiting for the protein to cook roughly slice the 🫑.. cut the cucumber in half and thinly slice it, chopped the tomatoes 🍅 in wedges add the olives and diced the avocado 🥑.

Mix all and add the dressing

Once the protein is cooked in my case the lamb 🐑 chops. You are ready to dress the plate .
Take a generous portion of salad place it in the middle of the plate and carefully place your protein to no squash the salad 🥗 sprinkle a bit of grated pecorino and is done.
