A huge thank you to everyone who joined Spidey Spider-Gidman Of Huntingdon & I today at the stunning Moreteyne Manor! 😍 We honestly had the BEST time and met so many gorgeous little Princesses and Superheroes! 💫

It’s been a very busy weekend with 5 parties🫶🏻, and Punzie even held a snake at sweet Annie’s birthday this morning too!😲🐍

New Yoga Retreat date at Moreteyne Manor!

Saturday 5th APRIL 10am - 4pm £60 incl lunch and all refreshments

Ever wondered why Retreats are so popular for yoga lovers?

There's a misconception that hours are spent perfecting the look of a posture, or twisting our bodies into uncomfortable shapes or sitting cross legged for hours whilst chanting Om.

When Ros and I deliver our retreat days, we want you to really enjoy a day of deepening your enjoyment of yoga, rather than perfecting anything. The practice of yoga is just that - we're practicing.

Our retreat days are split into bite sized 'workshops', so that you can dip your toes into the vast ocean of what Yoga comprises and return home refreshed and relaxed and wanting more of all yoga can offer.

When we deliver our retreat days at the sumptuous Moreteyne Manor, you can expect an unhurried day of fun, learning and sense of accomplishment and you'll also enjoy refreshments, a fabulous lunch, and tea and cake to end the day.

Our retreat days are for EVERY BODY, regardless of how long you have enjoyed yoga. We both have gentle yet thorough teaching styles to encourage and assist, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to practice at exactly the right level.

Not our normal sort of post this morning. We love that so many people enjoy coming to feed the ducks. All we ask is that you don’t leave any rubbish and that you throw the food into the moat. Cereal scattered over the grass will attract unwanted vermin.

Also, ducks don’t eat raw sausages!!

Sorry for the moan. We know the majority of the village treat the land and the ducks with care

What an amazing day yesterday at the always wonderful Moreteyne Manor

19 yogis, 38 tennis balls, 6 hours, 4 yoga practices, stretched out bodies, delicious lunch and plenty of snores in the Nidra!

Thank you Jacqui & Mark Hickman, Libby & Mark Mitchell and Vesna at The Manor for helping make it all appear seamless and to my super talented friend and fellow teacher Ros castle who shared the teaching journey yesterday. We were truly privileged.

We look forward to our next 'Retreat in a day' in April - watch this space for further details 🙏
