We take an empty space and transform it within a matter of hours using an array of technology to deliver an exciting and impactful experience for guests.
We recently enjoyed delivering a ‘Long Service Awards’ event for our client which saw 300 guests enjoy an evening of good food, entertainment and fun. We worked closely within budget constraints to pack as much glitz into the night as possible which included content creation for a high-resolution LED wall, organising a live band as well as utilising one of our fun boomerang photobooths plus props!

We prepared this video for our client to include in an opening presentation to highlight the work undertaken to transform a reservoir visitor site into a location for a three day conference, complete with main plenary and 4 themed breakout spaces.
In the opening address we were recognised as 'partners' for the communications team which encapsulates our ambitions for EVERY project. This example showcases our end-to-end project delivery skills through concept design, site and production management into technical production, but the ethos remains constant to when we just provide support for a single specialist service.
We are lucky to have such a great team made up of site, office and warehouse staff; preferred suppliers; and a network of core freelancers.

Back in June we delivered a completely bespoke web platform for Events Unlimited and their client BSI as part of their Global Assurance Summit - all developed by our own in-house digital team!
Streaming a live event from their Milton Keynes based offices and all managed remotely from our own gallery at WEP HQ, this event allowed delegates from all over the globe to come together and enjoy a seamless and interactive virtual event.
Some key highlights of the platform we developed:

Earlier this week we enjoyed working with another FTSE 100 company to deliver their financial results online. Our team travelled to Yorkshire to shoot a 30 minute pre-recorded presentation which was edited and signed off the same day. The presentation was then available online via our bespoke branded event registration and livestream website whilst simultaneously broadcast into Zoom for financial analysts to then be able to respond and ask live questions on camera during a Q&A webcast session.
