This really resonated with me this morning, as when I first started this business, I was almost on the brink of obsession when it came to thinking that if I didn’t have thousands of followers then it was a really “bad thing” - this is probably the only time in my life I’m glad to be proved wrong 😅 I don’t have a fraction of the likes & follows that some businesses have - but you know what - who cares?! Because what I do have is a really solid, supportive network of friends & followers who keep me encouraged and motivated every single day. Your shares, comments, tags, recommendations, referrals and of course your custom are invaluable to me and they are keeping me booked & busy 🙌🏾 I couldn’t be more grateful to each and every one of you - I SEE YOU! I really do! Quality over quantity right?!
As a teacher, I always tell my students first & foremost - that as long as you try your absolute hardest, then that is of most importance! So I’m going to take my own advice (for once 🙃) and remind myself that I’m doing my best. I’m striving to better my craft every day. I’m staying in my own lane, moving at my own pace and minding my business 💁🏽‍♀️ I don’t question my friends if they share other businesses of the same nature as mine, because I’m not insecure and I’m not a hater. I’d love to see everyone be the best version of themselves. I don’t feel deflated that some people seem miles ahead of me. I have to remember I’m 9 months in to the game and the progress and support thus far is overwhelming. So with that - THANK YOU. Thank you for everything. Yours truly 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾
