🫶 What does your perfect Sunday look like? 🫶
I blimmin love Sundays and in an ideal world my Sundays would always look like this:
So I would have had the best nights sleep, zero wake ups (no children crying at my house anymore, but my rescue pooch does take his guarding very seriously) followed by a lazy start - with coffee in bed brought to me by one of my sons (this never happens BTW!) - in my vision I'm wearing lovely PJ's 🤣
Of course it's my perfect Sunday, so the house is clean, all the ironing, homework, food shop - it's all done, oh and my hair is freshly washed and I don't resemble a scarecrow!
Next as a family we will have breakfast all together (this never happens) and we will then load the dogs into the car for a walk in the woods! The kids won't moan once about being cold, walking too far, or having a stones in their shoes!
The dogs will behave perfectly, and we will come home ready for a Sunday lunch with extra roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings (which has been magically prepared!) The kids will then eat everything on their plates including all the vegetables!
We will then get under blankets and watch a family movie! I may have a snooze 💤
This is what I am aim for every single week, it never happens! surely I'm not asking too much?!🤣🤣
Tell me how your perfect Sunday would go? ♥️
A little Thursday throwback...
It feels like yesterday when Luca bought home a letter from school offering him Trumpet lessons!
Of course I assumed my totally talented boy would pick it up instantly and become a world famous trumpet player!
The reality was the first term of lessons was spent learning how to blow to make a noise (trumpet lips) which after weeks of trying to master he then got bored of and asked to quit! (I'll be honest, I didn't argue him on this!)
So for 13 weeks all we got was a whole heap of noise which stressed out the dogs, made his little brother cry (Fred was 18 months at the time) and literally made me want to sit and rock in a corner! 😂
I guess it could have been worse, he could have chosen the drums! And silver lining, after this, the mandatory recorder lessons felt like a walk in the park!
So from me to you, good luck to all you parents who are in the beginning stages of your children learning an instrument. Potentially a painful journey initially, but for those kids who stick at it and have real talent, how wonderful it is and most definitely worth those noisy beginnings! ♥️
🎄🤩🙌😍 Merry Christmas from Team Ragdolly Annas 🎄🎉♥️
Have the best day and we will see you all in 2025 ♥️😍🎄🙌🎉
