With the end of the month fast approaching, we wanted to remind you that there is still time to purchase tickets or class passes at our current rates.
Starting on September 1st, there will be a £1 price increase for our regular class tickets. However, you can still book classes at the current prices until the end of August for classes scheduled through the end of December.
We also offer class passes, which allow you to bulk buy 12 tickets for the price of 10. These passes are available to purchase at the current rates until the end of August. The credits from these passes will sit in your account, allowing you to check out a class for free whenever you want to book a space. There is no commitment to attend every week, and you have a whole year to use up these credits.

I am having such a lovely time in Italy with my guys, but my thoughts are already focussed on September and the coming months ahead! ♥️
I recall saying this time last year that the rest over summer was appreciated as the next 2 half terms would be our busiest yet, and genuinely thought we wouldn't top it, yet, we have!

☀️ What to expect at our SEND Sessions ☀️
All ages, all abilities in one room with possibly only one thing in common - a love of music! We provide a safe, non judgmental environment for all ages and abilities! Expect high energy fun, with sing a longs, party dances, bubbles, the parachute!
80's power ballads - no problem, nursery rhymes - no problem, current pop - no problem!
We tailor all our sessions so there is something for everyone and to ensure everyone is included at all times!
We are extremely reactive and are experts at reading the room!
We are very experienced at running SEND sessions having worked with Macintyre, No-Limits Redway School, White Spire School, Freemantle, Tower Hill, Barnardos, Xtra Special Families, PACA, to name a few.
Bringing smiles, positive reactions, ticking off personal milestones, building confidence through the power of music is all part of the Ragdolly Annas experience ♥️

The care home magic ✨ a tale from Clare ♥️
When I mention to customers or friends that we do sessions for care homes too, I think it often conjures up an image of music, chair movement and a little singing… in fact it’s all of the above but so much more!
This morning I visited the wonderful Park House Care Home in Tyringham, for one of our bi monthly sessions. The room was busy but quiet when I arrived.
It can take a few songs before residents are ready to join in, but I went in lively (my usual stance), gave out props and quickly picked up on someone singing along to Hey Jude, so out came the microphone and we could all hear her beautiful voice.
I’ve gotten to know who likes to dance, chat, sing along etc, so with a little encouragement I had the pleasure of doing all those things today, but two things happened that made it feel a little extra special.
A resident that ordinarily naps, gets frustrated, sometimes angry, and whom I haven’t seen join in or smile before, took my hand, kissed it, smiled lots and allowed me to chair dance with her, she even used the props.
Another lovely resident that is usually very quiet, called me over to share war time stories of her mother inquiring at their local office if there was any news on her father…only to return home that same afternoon to find a letter from him to say that he was safe and in London, she had tears in her eyes. She also told me about her first time at the coconut shy, managing to knock one off as a little girl and getting to keep it and drink the milk….I’ve got a lovely bunch of coconuts never sounded so innocent.
I’m not sure if it’s the song choices or the topic of facts that I shared in this particular session, maybe both, but when happy memories are evoked and a dementia sufferer becomes more involved than you’ve ever seen them…that’s the magic right there! It’s the thing that gives you a happy, content buzz, knowing someone’s day may be a little brighter because you held there hand for a dance or took the time to share a story, it’s the small things that count and really are special.
Dementia may be very limiting but the power of music has no limits!

A little reminder of what to expect at a Ragdolly Annas session.
🌳🌲My top 5 places to walk with children in MK 🌲🌳 Because we have always had a dog in our household my boys are use to having to stop what they are doing to come on a dog walk! So my top 5 walks have been tried and tested with babies in carriers, push chairs, toddlers who insist on walking, dare devil pre-schoolers and now a 10 and 14 year old (who love to moan about going for a walk but actually still love it!) 1. Bluebell woods in Woburn Sands - parking near Mowbray Green and taking the sandy path up to the woods. 2. Aspley Heath Woods - at the top of Church road in Aspley Heath there is parking - take the left had entrance and find sand pits, rope swings and a ton of glorious smells for your pooches 🐾 3. Bow Brickhill woods - climb the steepest hill in MK and park in the church car park! Take the small woodland path past the church for more rope swings, fab trees to climb and spectacular views Woburn Deer Park - park in the free car park in Woburn and head on the footpath into the deer park! You can go right in and see the deer up close! (Dogs obvs stay on leads for this one!) Tattenhoe Valley park - my most regular walk, really picturesque with streams, stepping stones, parks and a trim trail! All these walks are FREE, the kids love them even though they sometimes protest, the dogs love them and for me, it's a great way to reconnect with the kids away from their devices!
