Everything we do is linked into key objectives, from the Early Years Foundation Framework for our 0-5’s, encouraging socialisation, speech and language development and confidence fo

r our young adults and children with additional needs, and encouraging movement and triggering memories for our older customers living with dementia. Music is so powerful, and through careful research we develop tailor made sessions especially for our audience!

Throwback to Toddler Life with Fred… 🎩🧦😂

Oh, the toddler days with Fred… that boy knew his own mind, and it was Fred’s way or NO way! 🙈 If he decided something, that was it—end of discussion!

I quickly realised that in order to get him to do the important things (like holding my hand to cross the road 🙌), I had to let the little things go—like him insisting on wearing ALL the socks and ALL the hats at once! 🧦🎩 Because, let’s be honest, sometimes choosing your battles is the only way to survive toddlerhood! 😂

🚽 Potty Training? No Problem! We’ve All Been There! 😂🙈

We know that potty training can be a bit of a journey… and let’s be honest, every child is different!

With Luca, it was a breeze. Easy, done, no dramas. 👏 But then came Fred… and suddenly I found myself carting a potty everywhere because when he had to go, he HAD TO GO! No warning, no waiting—just a mad scramble to find that potty in record time! 🏃‍♀️💨

So if you’re in the middle of the potty training adventure right now, don’t stress! We totally get it, and your little one is always welcome at our sessions—potty in tow and all!

It's been such a nice week ♥️

Busy, but so good ♥️

This week we celebrated Valentines in 6 care homes delivering our Valentines Dance Down Memory Lane - love songs from all the eras! We heard magical stories of love, marriage, first dates - amazing!

Redway school also had a dance festival which we were lucky enough to be a part of for 3 days! A seated dance exercise day, a music and movement day, and then a day of discos! Awesome fun!

Of course, our week wouldn't have been complete without our wonderful 0-5 sessions, pre school and SEN sessions - as ever these have been lush!

Finally, we ended the week with a wonderful Valentines disco for Choice Support, a Valentine mini disco for a group of awesome girls in Aspley Guise, and 3 birthday parties!

Dream team, you have worked so hard this week! Enjoy your Sunday and half term break! Love you all xx

What’s in a Name? 🍼✨

Every name has a story, right?! Some are deep and meaningful, some just felt right, and some… well, you hear it once and suddenly it’s the one! 😆

When we named our boys, we had two big reasons behind each choice:

👦 Luca Alan – We chose Luca because we wanted to recognise our Italian heritage (plus, I have an amazing first cousin called Luca who is just awesome!). And Alan after both mine and Nick’s grandads, who not only shared the name but were absolute legends!

👶 Freddie Salvatore – Freddie because we just loved the name, and Salvatore after my dad, which makes it even more special.

And just to keep the name game going… my cousin Luca then went and named his daughter Anna! So now we’ve got an accidental name chain happening. 😂

It's always different to what the children will have seen at a session or at a previous disco! Special Events - The Parachute At our Disco Events our Parachute is always bigger and better than you will have seen at a session! We take so much time planning our events, so every single disco is different! Our next event is in half term 'The BIG half term family disco' We will be taking it back, Old School Style!
