Today we shout out our lovely Kerriann - who has been with us for over a year now and in that short time has served up some of the best looking food to ever leave our kitchen.

You know Kerriann is in her flow when she starts bopping her head and half-dancing whilst making platters, especially if she hears some DnB on the radio!

Special request catering for our client this week who wanted Asian themed lunch for their VIPs.

This is a delicious miso chicken dish - we coated chicken thighs in miso paste, honey and soy before pan frying for a delicious crust and finishing with sesame seeds.

True story - I got confused with the booking I made for my mum for afternoon tea last weekend so we couldn't go.

I was majorly panicked until I realised I run an entire kitchen which is pretty much stocked at any time to produce afternoon tea for x100 people ...so whipping up some bits for the 3 of us was just fine!

A taste of summer in January! We kicked off the year with a Mexican feast for one of our corporate clients featuring our Tres Leche cake with strawberries. 🍓

Made with three milks (regular, evaporated & condensed) this sweet and sticky cake is soaked in a milk mixture which pairs perfectly with tart and juicy strawberries. 😀
