Can we politely ask that if you book an appointment with us, that you make sure that you will be available to attend.
We totally understand if something drastic happens or you find your dress elsewhere before.

But if it’s a case that you will be standing in a queue at a warehouse type place, before your appointment time with us.
And you realise you are going to be late before you hit the front then call us to try and have a later appointment, sorry that’s just rude.
No we can’t see you later than the time we booked you in the diary weeks ago.
You booked an appointment with us, our appointments at weekends are like gold dust. You have just wasted that appointment slot.

You can visit the warehouse one anytime as it’s not a private place, they don’t close their premises for each bride as we do.
We only see one bride at a time, and that bride gets our undivided attention and help.
