The Northorpe Barn is the Trading Company for Northorpe Hall Child and Family Trust. We Host Weddings and Events at The Northorpe Barn to raise much needed extra income for the Charity. All the profit from each event stays within the Kirklees area, and helps fund work with Families to improve the Emotional Health and Well Being of Young People.

‘Stunning venue, Sam and the team at The Northorpe Barn made our day perfect! The character of the place is unmatched and was everything we wished for. The fairy lights lit up the barn and the place felt so comfortable and warm throughout the chilly autumn day. Everything we wanted on our day was not a problem, and we were left with creative freedom to decorate as we wished and celebrated our wedding in our own relaxed, fun and informal way. Thank you so much again to the team’

Could you help our partner charity Northorpe Hall Child & Family Trust ? Their boiler has broken, impacting the children accessing their service 💔

If you know anyone who can help, or want to donate, see the below post 🙏🏻

Unfortunately the boiler we use to heat the Hall broke this week. This is a domestic boiler and used to heat our offices and therapy spaces at the Trust.

If anyone in our community can help us source a reasonably priced boiler, better still if you know where we might get one FREE, we'd love you to get in touch.

Let us help you create the most perfect memories. Our Venue is an historic, beautiful and natural space, to which you can add your own personal touches. We pride ourselves on personal one to one service, and host weddings, parties, events and corporate activities.

We prepare delicious, locally sourced food, and we are licenced to hold Wedding and Civil Partnership ceremonies. We have a licenced bar available by arrangement.

We welcome enquires in relation to weddings, parties, christenings and also provide an experienced accessible venue for corporate events, team meetings, training days and sessions. We have onsite parking and beautiful rural outdoor surroundings.

What we are most proud of is all profits from The Northorpe Barn go directly to our charity - Northorpe Hall Child & Family Trust to help the emotional well-being of local children and young people. We are incredibly proud of the important work they do.
