Traditional Wreath making workshops

Join us for a traditional wreath making workshop where you’ll learn to make a festive wreath from pine, conifer, holly and spruce.
From mossing your wreath ring to placing the final touches to your hand made wreath, we’ll guide you through the steps and provide you with all the materials to create something special for your door.
Price includes a glass of fizz, mulled wine or hot drink and a mince pie. Wear your Christmas jumper and spend some time with friends as you sing along to all your favourite Christmas tunes.

Alternative Christmas wreath making workshop.

Sunday 3rd December 11- 1.30

Join us for for this workshop where you’ll work up a wreath using eucalyptus, thyme, fern, feathers, waxed apples and a handful of other premium materials.
This is for those of you who would like to make something slightly different for your door this festive season.
All materials and tuition will be provided along with a glass of fizz, mulled wine or a hot drink and a mince pie.

Festive Table decoration Workshop

8th December 11am - 1pm

Join us and learn how to make a table decoration for your festive table. This sweet workshop is great for a pre Christmas get together. Take away a candle decoration that you’ll be proud to light on Christmas Day.
Full tuition is given. All materials provided along with a glass of fizz, mulled wine or a hot drink and a mince pie.

They’re back again. Padre’s Padres Tacos will be with us this Friday evening. Hot up a cold night!

We return to The Workshop and Loft in Mirfield this Friday from 6:30pm.

All our meats, sauces and salsas are cooked from scratch using the freshest local ingredients where possible giving a you the most flavoursome tacos.

On the menu that evening will be..

MEXICAN STYLE PULLED PORK
Pineapple, guajillo & ancho chilli marinated slow cooked pork - red onion salsa - crunchy chicharrons

CHICKEN ENCACAHUATADO
Shredded chicken in a guajillo chilli & peanut sauce - spicy salsa macha - lime crema

SPICED CAULIFLOWER
Spice roasted cauliflower - chipotle romesco - red cabbage slaw

LOADED TORTILLA CHIPS
Lime crema - salsa verde - feta - red onion salsa - jalapeños - lime - coriander

All tacos are garnished with salsa verde, onion, coriander & lime and tajin seasoning, and are served in pairs of 12 cm corn tortillas.

Last Friday was a lovely evening at The Workshop and Loft. It was relaxed, cozy and the food went down a storm. We’re doing the same again this coming Friday. Our charcuterie boards are a winner with a bottle of red or a good chilled white. That’s not to say a tasty cocktail isn’t the perfect companion too and we’ve added Gin fizz to our menu.
