All are either made using a mix of coco wax , soy wax or rapeseed and coconut wax.

Spotlight on Calathea ‘Jungle Rose’
House plant not an easy one for the houseplant novice , this baby needs care and attention .

They can be repotted in Autumn , need to be in the shade and like to be watered weekly and fertilised once a month.
A beautiful addition to your houseplant fam with their beautiful leaves which they have a habit of folding up at night .

Hi welcome to Haute Katurah , I’m Kay and have been a florist for over 15 years . I have worked in several local florists but spent most of my florist career at the gorgeous Flowers at 180 in Mirfield.
I have been freelancing on and off throughout, recently setting up again with a more clear direction and creative intention.
I’m am qualified to level 3 advanced level Floristy, training at the wonderful Askham Bryan College in York.
My floristry now is influenced by natures raw elements, seasonal changes and the life cycle from fresh roots to studies of rust and decay .
I am also an experimental mixed media artist studying botanicals in abstract / semi abstract form .
I have a love for wire , you’ll see it pop up throughout my work in the details .

Back to it after a couple of hellish weeks and a brief stay in hospital. There’s no time like Christmas for everything to go a little wrong . Anyway , this beauty has gone to its forever home tonight.

I had my little mate Nev over last night . He’s better company than most people and gives the best hugs.
He helped me make an all foliage wreath which was delivered to its new home this morning 😍
That’s a wrap on traditional wreaths I am sold out ! I have some availability on Grave Wreaths and mixed foliage door wreaths like the above .
