You have been a huge rock and guardian angel for me, I cannot describe how by you being you has meant to me. Han’s Story

Hi, thanks for stopping by! I am a amateur home baker who is passionate about flavours, textures and the aesthetics of food. I enjoy creating fun, funky, flavoursome, adventurous and unique bakes. I creating tasty treats for people, so when I’m asked to create something for a friend or family member I jump to the opportunity.

During the day I work for a mountain bike centre in the Forest of Dean as a manager responsible for the hire fleet, group bookings and guides. I love both my mountain and road bikes and will often be found buzzing around the Wye Valley either in the mud or on the road in the remote hillsides of the UK’s luscious landscape. When I get home I will often whip on my apron and experiment with new ideas, flavours and textures. Playing with a wide variety of techniques with cakes, biscuits, pastry, bread, desserts and treats. I will not just stop at the sweet stuff, I also love creating savoury dishes as both a cook and baker.
