On Sunday, 1st September, We’re going to be at the Bridge Inn Sandycroft for the Sandycroft Hwb and Pantry Community Fun Day!

We’ll be serving up our delicious goodies and bringing along not one, not two, but TEN of our amazing characters for everyone to enjoy! 📸 With plenty of photo opportunities 🥳 it's going to be a fantastic day for the whole family.

We’re even bringing along our huge Adult sized Castle so even the big kids can have a bounce too 🏰

One of our bouncy castles is at the Britannia Inn, Halkyn. as part of their Music Festival this Sunday! 🏰🎶

The castle is set up now for the next 5 days and ready for you to enjoy over the Bank Holiday Weekend, so bring the family down for some amazing local food and drink while the kids have a bounce. It’s the perfect way to keep everyone entertained while enjoying the festivities. 🌞🍔🎈

⭐️ One of our most recent Balloon Setup ⭐️

We had the pleasure of creating this vibrant balloon display for a 40th birthday celebration with a fun Grease/Diner theme! The brief was all about those classic 50’s colours, and we had a blast bringing it to life.

From the pop of hot pink and teal to the bold black accents, every detail was designed to transport guests straight back to the golden age of rock 'n' roll. 🎸🍔

Complete with our light-up numbers to mark the special occasion. We couldn't be more thrilled with how it turned out!

We’re excited to announce that Blue Duo Events will again be at the David Joinson Quality Meats Charity BBQ Fun Day on 10th August, from 10am to 2pm, helping to raise money for another incredible charity, Alder Hey Children's Hospital. This cause is particularly close to our hearts, as members of our own family have benefited from their amazing care.

We'll be there serving up our delicious real Jersey ice cream with a variety of toppings, candyfloss, refreshing slushies, popcorn, sweets, crisps, and drinks – everything you need to make the day extra enjoyable!

And for the little ones (and the young at heart), we’ve got two surprise mascot appearances lined up – keep an eye out for our "Blue Australian Friend" at 11:30am and "Pink Pig." at 1pm 🐾🐷. They will each be making an appearance during the event at the times above.

It's your chance to try the unbelievable quality perfectly cooked meat from David Joinson & Sons on the donation BBQ and support a truly wonderful cause. We can't wait to see you there!

Our generous contribution to the event is 50% of all the money we take, which will be given to David Joinson & Sons along with the money raised from all other parts of the event to be donated straight to Alder Hey Children's Hospital.

It’s been a busy couple of weeks for us 😊🙏

Below is just a few things to show you guys what we’ve been upto 🥰

Our 6ft light up “PROM 2024” has been out and it looked great as one of the focal points for getting some amazing group photos 🤩

We catered for a school prom last Friday evening with our delicious vanilla and chocolate jersey gold ice cream and candy floss, thank you for having us, it was definitely a hit with you guys 😁

Saturday we had a fantastic day with some of our most popular look-a-like characters and serving some of our mouth watering goodies from our big blue gazebo at Flint castle 999 day organised by the amazing RiverDee Centre thank you for having us and thank you to everyone that came, the weather turned out glorious in the end 😁

The last few days have been filled with many visits from our characters celebrating lots of girls and boys birthdays 🎉

We had the pleasure of decorating an 18th birthday party yesterday, and it was nothing short of spectacular! WOW, what a busy few weeks it’s been for Blue Duo Events! 🥳

We've been on a whirlwind of exciting adventures and we’re thrilled to share some highlights with you. Check out these pictures of our recent events:

Special Birthday Appearances: Our beloved characters have been dancing away to the Macarena and Cha Cha slide at birthday parties, even joining in on the conga line! 🥰

We've created some stunning balloon and number displays for some milestone celebrations, including 80th and 30th birthdays! 🎈

We also had the absolute pleasure of surprising a birthday girl with two of her favourite characters with a letter revealing she’s going to Disneyland in just 3 days time! What an amazing present🎉✨

We had an amazing day at the Sandycroft Hub Fun Day on the 1st of June, where we served our mouth-watering candyfloss, ice cream, slush and freshly popped popcorn as well as some brightly coloured sweets along with a visit from a few of our favourite characters throughout the day.

What an exhilarating weekend we had!

Saturday saw an incredible turnout at David Joinson Quality Meats for their Neuro Therapy Centre Charity event. The highlight was the spectacular debut of our beloved, friendly sponge and our powerful, green-skinned hero, captivating the crowd with their larger-than-life presence.

On Sunday, we joined Hannah at The Story Tent - Broughton, Gresford & Pulford for a truly magical event. Two of our most popular characters delighted the children, who were overjoyed and beaming with smiles. It was heartwarming to witness so many happy, excited little ones running around and enjoying themselves.

Thank you you both for having us, we can't wait to do it all again soon!

What a beautiful family this big guy had the pleasure of meeting yesterday at Annalise-Rose 1st birthday celebration 🥳
The sun was shining the kids were having fun in the garden, what else could we have ask for 🤔 oh yeah apart from the birthday girl herself to be awake 🥰 when we arrived Annalise-Rose was fast alsleep ☺️ mum managed to wake her up and her face was just filled with joy 😍 this just makes everything we do worth while, thanks again for inviting us to celebrate with you all 😁

What an awesome time these guys had on the weekend celebrating Jacks 5th birthday with him and all his friends, his mum had gone above and beyond to make this little boys birthday extra special 🥰 she even filled the entire soft play football area with balloons it was amazing and such fun 🥳 thanks again for having us and once again happy birthday Jack 🥳

🎉🥳 This Bank Holiday weekend was a whirl of joy with Blue Duo Events making magical memories, particularly at one special boy's 4th birthday party! Our beloved mascots were thrilled to meet and greet, especially the birthday boy who completely stole our hearts. 💙 He was overjoyed to receive his personalised party hat and gift from his favourite characters. The highlight of the day? Playing musical statues and joining in a rousing chorus of 'Happy Birthday'🎈🎂

We are thrilled to unveil the enchanting decor from this weekend’s splendid 60th birthday celebration! 🎈🎂 Blue Duo Events was honoured to not only create a majestic purple and silver balloon arch and elegant light-up '60' numbers but also to design bespoke balloon table centrepieces that added a touch of class to the event.

In a special twist, we were asked to extend our creative touch to the amazing birthday cake made by Bake U A cake, and we provided the harmonising cake topper and decorations to finish the cake off, which perfectly matched the event’s colour scheme. The result was nothing short of stunning, adding an extra layer of personalisation to this milestone celebration. 🌟
