Beef ribs are getting there nicely, someone asked today how we get so much flavour in the meat, its simple start with a good product, give it a simple.coat of salt and pepper then give it plenty of time to build that bark and get those fats rendered down then a long rest. Or just love what u do it makes everything better :). # #

We will be at the heart of England serving burgers, pulled pork amd hotdogs next saturday, its a beautiful day out at an amazing local garden that's not open to the public very often, well worth a look.

Come face-to-face with a collection of over 50 stunning sculptures. Meet Muhammed Ali, cross the finish line with Roger Bannister, take a front row seat for The Beatles, join Lawrence of Arabia at full charge on camel-back, or take a trip with the Owl & the Pussycat and see the pig with the ring in the end of his nose!

With activities for the whole family, including a yew hedge maze, poetry garden, woodland walks, refreshments served by our volunteers and food by Big lee's bbq and grill, it's a unique day out in the Heart of England Forest!
