Due to recent events that have been shared repeatedly on social media, Tracy's Catering & Events would like to make the following statement.

Recently, we sadly and very regrettably let down a customer. This is an occurrence that very rarely happens, as a business we endeavour to provide quality service at all times.

On this occasion it did not happen.
We have refunded to cost and sincerely apologised, we wholeheartedly regret the failure and would like to assure customers past, present, and future of our continued dedication to quality service. With regards to customers that have commented, I would like to re-iterate, that I I always wait till the party planner is present to ensure all services are met & the customer is happy, and always follow up the following day to ensure there was no issues.
