Just a post to say thankyou to everyone who came to the franklinsmiths stall at Christmas market Sunday, you where all so lovely & it was fab to chat to you too. 🥐🎉❤️😘🙏

So .... heeleys have decided to close mon 9th & tues 10th this week so they can get some small rides in for the kids & make more tweeks..... Bare with us as all us stall holders are also rolling with the changes to the events. It's long days for us as this period helps carry our businesses into the new year when January is notorious for being quiet.we are so thankful for you making journeys to the heeleys market & to our shops to see us all so thankyou again xx I'll have the stuffed croissants in my shop the next two days if you can't wait for Wednesday

So it's small business Saturday today 🙌 07.12.24

We've had a fabulous turnout of customers today to come help with the buying of loaded croissants & soughdoughs xx thankyou from the bottom of my heart xx it's been an emotional few weeks I can tell you!
,and it's never been more important than to shop local, support your independents, and use your highstreet ❤️❤️❤️

We all work tirelessly to create something different. It's no easy feat being a individual independent business owner, even with a fab team behind me xx and it's certainly not for the faint-hearted, but we are the backbone of Britain, without indies our highstreets would be so bleak and full on the same stagnant huge corporations, so if you can shop with us and many of the other amazing independents in ls27 today then do, but if you can't then a little like, a share or comment on our posts help enormously 🙏

So with the storm coming Saturday the 7th heeleys have announced that the market will close just the Saturday ... so at the shop tomorrow I have bags of croissants going cheap (fine to freeze or also great for making bread & butter puddings! & deals on soughdough Bloomers RYE & white so come get them while you can! Haha 😄 🤣 as all the stall holders have prepped & baked goods for the wkend so fingers crossed Sundays so much better weather.

They have also changed the opening time on Sunday 8th to 2pm opening till 10pm, so do try pop along even if to just have a look at all our stalls & lift our spirits xx
