Set in a secluded wooded ravine on the banks of the river Coquet, Brinkburn Northumberland’s six luxury holiday cottages are

the perfect home away from home and the ideal escape for couples as well as larger groups. Fulfilled customers combined with weddings which span three days set us apart from our competitors. Our venue can also be hired for wellness retreats, workshops and corporate events. We have a 30 mat studio located in The Barn that can be hired for day and residential retreats. The brinkburn team have a very busy week putting the tipi back up and ensuring each and every detail is perfect ✨

Our 2025 season is now full and viewings will start to take place in April for our new venue for all 2026 & 2027 weddings. Viewings are available Thursday evenings and Friday daytimes and our next weekend available is the 10th & 11th May for our open weekend ✨

Hello!

We are currently on the lookout for a team to do our housekeeping, turning around our main accommodation on a Monday for our upcoming wedding season. (The stables sleeping 8 guests and Priory Cottage sleeping 4 guests). As well as this we require a team for set up, which entails setting up the tipi for each upcoming Wedding which takes place on a Thursday.

We expect at least 18 hours work weekly (Monday 10am-4pm) Thursdays (10am-4pm and then Tuesdays or Fridays if not both depending on the business requirements, this could be more housekeeping or more set up.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, flexibility with an ever changing business, housekeeping skills, an eye for detail and someone who is committed to making Brinkburn a home to each and every one of our guests.
