Listed below are some reoccurring questions that are asked when speaking with possible clients, so I thought I'd answer them for you all to see and you have the answers beforehand!

What is included when I hire your service?
👉Transport
👉delivery of items and setting up
👉dismantling
👉pick up

Do I need to pay a deposit and when do you need full payment?
👉 we require a 10% deposit to secure the date and the remaining balance to be paid 21 days prior to the event.

What areas do you cover?
👉South Wales ( a fuel fee may occur depending on the location)

What is the form of payment?
👉 cheque, bank, cash, PayPal

What if you haven't got the item/colour we want in stock?
👉 we would get it in if possible

Where are you based?
👉Penrhiwceiber RCT

Can we arrange a meeting?
