This is an extremely emotional week I start... It's going to be hard to say "goodbye" to my 2nd home and "see you soon" to the people I've met because of it.

Some of you already know, that for a while now, I've been looking for a change.
With the need of a better life balance for me and my little one, an opportunity came up that I can't miss. The Struy inn came up in the market and after a lot of "yes/no/yes/no" finally the definitive yes came during the Easter weekend.
So, I'm putting The Van up for sale. It's time for someone new, with new ideas to take over this awesome business, cooking for some of the best people I've met. All the equipment, certificates and all the stock and the planning permission for the next 4 years, to remain in that spot, the logo, the social media are included. The price will only be discussed in person, when you come up to see the unit. You can come any time from 9-1
Thank you all for this amazing 5 and a half years. It's been my absolute pleasure to cook for you
