Dance Classes Every Week. Ceroc's stylish dance, sometimes referred to as 'Modern Jive', is a fusion of Salsa, Ballroom, Tango, Jive and is a popular partner dance. Ceroc makes learning to dance fun, easy and relaxed. Going to a Ceroc evening is a great way to meet people, have fun and keep fit all whilst learning to dance. No complicated footwork, no need to book and no need to bring a partner.

We have a packed weekend of freestyles and workshops for you this weekend, head over to our Events page to find out more, book your tickets and get involved!

Here are a few tips to make the most out of your dance freestyles and workshops this weekend:

1. Stay Hydrated: Dancing can be physically demanding, so make sure you drink plenty of water before, during, and after the sessions.

2. Comfortable Clothing: Wear comfortable and breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Don't forget appropriate footwear!

3. Warm-Up: Start with a good warm-up to prepare your muscles and prevent injuries.

4. Participate Actively: Engage fully in the workshops to get the most out of them. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and try new moves.

5. Enjoy the Freestyles: Let loose and have fun during the freestyle sessions. It’s a great opportunity to express yourself and enjoy the music.

Learn to dance with Ceroc.

Ceroc is a fusion of different dance styles and is very easy to learn.You will learn all the skills anyone needs to know to enjoy dance. Our teaching method makes learning easy, sociable and fun. Our varied classes are catered towards a range of different ability levels, from nervous first timer to dance floor master. Whether you turn up alone, with a partner or in a group, you will get the opportunity to dance with scores of other learners at our class nights to variety of music.
