o a variety of people from pubs, restaurants, hotels, and catering companies. We also do catering consultancy, we can help you design menus, kitchens, even just help with a little refresh to your existing menu and update the presentation. About our chefs- Our chefs are chefs, we do not want boil in a bag chefs, and we prefer chefs that can still use their minds to cook (not yoda style).
