Our story

Fat Hog & Big Pan Corporate Catering started over copious amounts of tea, delicious afternoon tea and pulled lamb with seasonal vegetables wrapped in bacon in Wickham.

Developed the family company Fat Hog & Big Pan Catering (our sister company that provides private catering for weddings and parties) into a high-end catering company providing delicious fresh food with an interactive rustic style.

Drinking lots of tea we wanted to work out how we could bring that style to the corporate catering world and developed... Fat Hog & Big Pan Corporate Catering (we may not have been creative with the name for the corporate company but we certainly have been with the food!!).
