One of my favourites! boneless lamb rump in olive oil, garlic, lemons, sea salt and oregano with roasted potatoes. Wrapped in grease proof paper to keep it succulent while it slowly cooks for 3 hours. 4 portions left for the weekend £10 per portion 🇬🇷

Chicken Madras all from scratch including my special blend of imported Indian mixed spices. Succulent chicken poached in my homemade curry sauce with chicken stock. The addition of fresh lime and mango chutney makes this a delicious combination of sweet and sour flavours.
