About Jenny.

Jenny is a qualified Baker who did her apprentiship at Nicholsons Bakery in Newark. I attended Clarendon College on day release for 3 years to attain my City and Guilds in Bread Baking and Confectionary which I passed with Credits and Distinction.

When I married and had children I became a Unit Catering Manager in School meals. As well as cooking I was able to carry on my passion for baking by making bread and cakes for the school menu.

6 years ago I opened Jenny’s Cafe where I still carry on my passion for baking by making all the cakes on the premises including the old school favourites Butterscotch Tarts and Cornflake Tarts. One of the best sellers is my Cheesecakes which I makes with my own recipe. I am always open to suggestions for new cakes.
