A big thanks to all the artists who took centre stage throughout Friday & Saturday…and what a stage it was! Each one you DELIVERED TOP-QUALITY performances’ and proved that the UK’s independent Americana, Rockabilly, Zydeco, Blues, Alt. Country & Rock band scene is superb and with talent by the bucket full.

We were proud to be able to provide you with a stage production worthy of showcasing this, oft overlooked, home-grown talent to a (potentially) new audience. Sharing a good mix of your own music, traditional tunes and firm crowd pleasers there was something for everyone.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with such professional and genuinely nice people. The traffic demons did their best to scupper some timing plans, but you guys rolled with the punches and let NOTHING phase you. Over the two days, we saw bands generously sharing equipment to make changes smoother and were truly like a big family of support, love and oodles of banter.

Thank you all for having faith to jump on board this crazy train and create the soundtrack to this inaugural event.

Really sad news to hear about the death of our Great Queen, We are three days into setting up the event and already have many attendees arrived and set up on site and bands who have travelled the country to get here, Despite this great sadness there is no option for us but to continue as planned with the Americana

At 7pm on Friday and Saturday we will have 96 seconds of silence

SITE OPENS TO THE PUBLIC ON FRIDAY 9am with everyone to be off site by 6PM please

INDOOR MAIN STAGE IS IN THE MASSIVE GEORGE STEVENSON BUILDING AS IS THE MAIN BAR with chairs and tables

• Weekend entry tickets are £45 PER PERSON and includes camping (tent, no electric hook up option) MAIN INFIELD CAMPING AREA, American vehicles only in the show ground unless buying an RV TICKET)

Friday 9th September from 9am to Sunday 11th 6pm, Everyone to leave the show site by 6pm Sunday

• Saturday tickets are £25 whether camping or not

• Sunday tickets £10

ALL TICKETS INC SUNDAY Tickets NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE which will save us time and delays at the gate

• To also bring a Caravan, day van, normal sized motorhome then they are an additional £50 per vehicle ON TOP OF YOUR WEEKEND ENTRY TICKET which DOES NOT include electric hook up and you’ll be on the OUTFIELD CAMPING AREA unless your being towed by an American motor, in which case you’ll be in the RV infield (without power)

if your bringing a caravan or some kind of converted van ect and you want Electric hook up and be on the INFIELD CAMPING AREA then buy an RV TICKET plus you’ll then be in the in field with power

• RV INFIELD TICKET, Huge motorhomes, RVs and fifth wheel trailers are an additional £100 per vehicle on top of the weekend entry tickets and DOES includes electric hook up and will be in the main infield RV Area

• Strictly NO SLEEPING in your car or van in the carpark, which will be marshalled all night so they’ll be no sneaking into them. You’ll either be told to pay the extra fee there and then and moved to the caravan campsite or should you not want to purchase the correct ticket then you’ll be escorted off the site.

• YOUR EXHIBITING VEHICLES ARE THE STARS OF THE SHOW and we would like them all lined up in the show area which has dedicated security 24/7 THIS IS HOW YOU WOULD GET THE FREE WEEKEND ENTRY TICKET

• If you have and AMERICAN SHOW WORTHY VEHICLE whether it be a car, truck, hot rod or ANY CUSTOM MOTORBIKE then you will get 1 FREE TICKET but your vehicle will be in the show area and not by your tent.

IMPORTANT NOTE Any American or custom motorcycle or American vehicle that is not going in the main Show Exhibiting area and by your tent instead will not qualifying for a free Exhibiting vehicle ticket So be sure to buy a ticket

Public & Non Exhibitors Entry from 9 am Friday 9th September WE STILL HAVE TRADE STANDS AVAILABLE SO GET IN TOUCH

You’ll be carrying your stuff a short walk from the carpark (we have a camping drop off zone 200m from the in field camping area)

We have a truck and trailer that will take all your gear into the site from the drop off point if you don’t want to carry it but there will be a £5 charge per group

IF YOUR MOTORBIKE IS NOT AN AMERICAN MOTORCYCLE OR HIGHLY CUSTOMISED BIKE you’ll not get a free ticket So be sure to buy your ticket through the ticket link or on the gate and you can have your bike by your tent,
If you are eligible for a free ticket we want your bike with the EXHIBITING BIKES and not by your tent once you’ve unloaded please

• Raised BBQs only

• Quiet generators allowed until 12pm

• Kids under 15 are free

• Dogs on leads at all times, If they don’t behave they will be shot 😉
