Our events are tailored to provide you with a once in a lifetime opportunity to meet your heroes up-close, across Wales and the West’s premier venues. We are also able to supply many of the leading sporting speakers and entertainers across the UK and abroad and have rece

ntly exclusively promoted tours with rugby legends Sir Colin Meads, Wayne “Buck” Shelford and David Campese. Our other passion is fundraising and supporting local charities – giving something back is really important to us. We raise a lot of money for charities through auctions and raffles and by supplying memorabilia on a sale or return basis for charities to auction at their fundraising events. We have a huge range of authentic sporting memorabilia, including most recently, official WRU products. We look forward to you enjoying all that The Events Room has to offer.

As we look forward to the start of the eagerly awaited Six Nations 2025, we are pleased to announce that our ‘Wales v Ireland’ Hospitality at Cardiff Marriott Hotel on Saturday 22nd February is now ‘SOLD OUT’.

We look forward to welcoming over 250 guests, along with guest speakers James Hook, Ryan Jones MBE along with our host for the day - award winning comedian Rod Woodward.
