Pauline and Caroline had the pleasure of attending the AIEA Chairs Conference over the weekend at the stunning Downs Hall Hotel and Spa in the beautiful Essex countryside.

We enjoyed delicious food and incredible service the entire weekend from every single team member.

We also took part in a sound bath, a yoga session and an hours grounds walk around the 110 acres on the estate as well as a show round to see the excellent fully refurbished meeting and events spaces inside and out. They are busy developing a huge kitchen garden extension which will have space to dine outside for up to 50 people with benches and tables all made from trees on the estate that have to be taken down and are planning to cover the floor with the woodchip and bark, plus will be able to prepare many dishes served on the estate from the garden.

Yesterday, the PAC team had a fantastic meeting at The Langham, London! 🏨✨ We had the pleasure of doing a site visit with Patrick Brady and were blown away by the stunning facilities.

Back again at Old Thorns - 2nd time in a week!

Caroline was onsite this morning for a very successful breakfast networking meeting bringing together over 200 business owners from all over Hampshire at Old Thorns Hotel & Resort.

Special thanks to the venue team - Mike, Chloe, Lauren and Kirsty who have been brilliant this morning and a special thanks to Peter for all your help leading up this event. We will be coming back💜

On Friday Stephen Caldaralo and Caroline Dyos attended the annual AIEA January event. The event is always such a great opportunity to reconnect with all the other event agency members and so important for us to grow our relationships with our suppliers and learn about industry updates from contacts all over the world 🌍 It was also a brilliant opportunity to see the stunning Old Thorns Hotel & Resort The event finished in the evening with a super fun fancy dress party and this year it was the letter ‘O’

What a way to end the working week and mark the end of Caroline’s first week with PAC Events. A massive thank you to everyone at AIEA that made this event possible and the team at Old Thorns.

This week has been something we've been really looking forward to for the past couple months - PAC has grown with Caroline now joining our team👏

Jumping into an events agency can be very different so what better way to start than to meet some of our fantastic suppliers who we work with day in and day out. Stephen and Caroline spent their Tuesday meeting representation companies and growing their knowledge on destinations and hotels all over the world.

They’ve started their day in Sea Containers, one of our favourite properties in London with Lore Group, followed on meeting Hosmark at Pan Pacific London (incredible hotel based outside Liverpool St), then meeting 8th Floor for a lovely catch up and finally meeting Vinetree Connections at Wagtail (stunning restaurant and rooftop bar in the city).

They ended their day by networking into the night at an event at Shangri-La Shard with Pearl Global Collection where they met DMCs and hoteliers from all over the globe (UK, Morocco, Italy, USA, Costa Rica, SE Asia and so much more) - thank you for the invite Rakesh and Matthew - it was a great event🫶

What a great way to start the week!

We are very excited to announce that Caroline Dyos has joined our PAC Events team today as Business Development Manager.

Caroline has previously worked for De Vere in a cluster refferal role, at Ditton Manor as Director of Sales, Sofitel T5 as Sales Manager and most recently with Radisson Hotel Group in the UK sales team as UK & Ireland Account Manager.

She brings with her a massive amount of passion and excitement in everything she does and a wealth of experience in relationship building, account management, pro active sales plus meeting & events planning and ex*****on. Caroline is looking forward to using this fantastic previous experience with her positive hands on approach and her highly motivated nature to succeed in this great new role with PAC Events.

Fun facts - Caroline loves to travel, is always organising something fun and exciting with friends and family and attends Zumba latin fitness classes every week.

ICE 2025, it's a wrap!

Today is the day the team fly back from an amazing week in Barcelona. It has been a fantastic few days at ICE 2025, managing 3 clients all over the city - taking over most of the W Barcelona, exclusively having a customer event for over 500 people at Bastian Beach Club and everything in-between, it truly has been fantastic!

We have been lucky to work with our clients at ICE for past 8/9 years from being in London to now being in Sunny Barcelona. We are looking forward to be back next year!

Pauline and Steve has been lucky enough to check out a couple new venues for next year, even the 'almost' open SLS Barcelona - a great addition to the hotel portfolio of Barcelona. The hotel opens in April 2025 with over 400 bedrooms and a fantastic events space.

A special shoutout to the W Hotel, Abreu Events (Manuel Horta, Rosa Casanovas Cos) - it's been a pleasure🫶
