It’s been with us since the start. It’s been with us before our subs had sesame seeds on. It’s been with us before The Bear was anything other than a bear. Now we’re bringing our take on an Italian Beef to for a special this weekend!

Slow braised featherblade from cooked until it’s falling to bits like Carmy’s love life. Sharp and crunchy Giardiniera with melty mozz for balance. Total Hotty hot sauce for spice and marrow-enriched consommé for dippin. It’s an absolute beast and a labour of love so get it while you can cousins.

Another hectic busy today , ya’ll are thirsty for fine coffee and hungry for fresh subs! We appreciate everyone who’s visited so far, it’s been a full on coupla weeks.

We make everything fresh so whenever we sell out it does unfortunately mean we are SOLD OUT. We’re working hard to try and keep up with demand but if you want to avoid disappointment we recommend dropping a DM to preorder - it’s the pro move.
