Well I thought I had missed the illnesses that’s been going around over the festive period.

Woke up yesterday feeling pretty crappy and today I feel like I’ve been hit by a bus. I am absolutely floored with whatever flu 🤧 bug this is (and no it’s not alcohol related either 😂)

If you’re out for s**t hat day at the Throckley Bank Top Club in honour of our amazing friend Deka who sadly passed away in Dec. If you need to line your stomach. Then don’t worry. The B***y Bakery have you covered, the pie warmer has a selection of hot savoury foods.

Pork & Caramelised onions sausage rolls
Venison & Black Pudding Sausage rolls
Steak pies
Mince pies

2 big trays of sandwiches on the bar.

All the money made from the sale of these will be donated to the charity Daft as a Brush.

And just like that another year has passed in The B***y Bakery HQ and what a year it has been!

The B***y Bakery wouldn’t be what it is without the amazing team of girls who I have the pleasure of working alongside every single day and of course all our amazing customers, thank you for your support.

I also want to give a massive shout out to my amazing husband Ben he is my biggest supporter and biggest cheerleader and is always there fixing stuff for us or delivering orders, collecting dishes
And doing shop runs for us for the stuff I’ve forgotten, thank you 💙

Our doors are locked and our phone and emails are on do not disturb. We are all off for a well deserved 2 week break. We will be back on Monday 6th January.

Hope you all have a very merry Christmas and a happy new year 😘

The day after the night before 🥴. Last night we catered for a very large corporate Xmas Party. They wanted 3 hot options. - BBQ Pulled Pork Wedges & Coleslaw - Beef Chilli with rice & nachos - Veggie curry with rice and naan Then a huge cold finger buffet and a very large Christmas sweet section. The girls stayed to serve the hot food. We pulled a 15.5hr shift and tested us to the limit. But we pulled it off and everyone loved the food. This morning however is a different story 🤯🤯. Time to get to work making our HQ sparkle again 😜 ( #idontowncopyrightstothemusicinthebackground
