A long day yesterday visiting one of the most iconic stadiums in the country, home to Sheffield Wednesday FC to help with the fan zone setup.

There are lots of exciting things happening in Sheffield in the next 12 months.

Lindisfarne Festival is one of our babies that we've worked on extensively since its inception back in 2015. Every year the customer feedback is amazing, and it would be spectacular if the event gained the recognition that it deserves at the UK Festival Awards.

Amazing Saturday night at The Exchange 1856 in North Shields raising lots of money at Someones Gig. We did it for free because we believe in the film and the reaching impact that it can have in helping create a movement that will make a difference to people who live on the streets.

We are helping to organise and promote Someone's Gig which will take place at The Exchange 1856 on 23rd September. The event consists of some amazing music, comedy, and an auction/raffle to raise money towards the release of a very important film.

Someone's Daughter, Someone's Son is a very powerful documentary film made by award winning director Lorna Tucker, which looks at the growing, and often hidden problem of homelessness in the UK, and ways to help end it.

It features one of Lindisfarne Festival's own, Earl John Charlton from North Shields. One of the most inspirational people we have ever met.

This is film has been put together on a shoe string with help from a lot of people. Colin Firth has narrated it, and Bryan Adams has written and recorded the sound track, plus a lot of other help from elsewhere.

This film needs a big community release, and the only way this can be achieved is through raising funds. This is an important film, and we need to get it out there.
