A lovely service of celebration this morning at Carmountside Crematorium for the late David, much loved and devoted husband of Flo, cherished and loved dad of Nina and Tony, loving grandfather of Dan, Gabriel and great grandfather of Mia, beloved father-in-law of Mike. David will be deeply and sadly missed but fondly remembered by all his loving family and many friends.

Thank you to Linda Bennett for a lovely service and Carmountside Crematorium for allowing us to have the service on a Saturday.

Peacefully at rest on Saturday 21st December 2024, David aged 81 years of Clayton, formerly of Biddulph.
Much loved and devoted husband of Flo, cherished and loved dad of Nina and Tony, loving grandfather of Dan, Gabriel and great grandfather of Mia, beloved father-in-law of Mike.

David will be deeply and sadly missed but fondly remembered by all his loving family and many friends.

Funeral service and cremation at Carmountside Crematorium on Saturday 25th January 2025 at 10am. Would all those wishing to attend please meet at the crematorium.

No flowers please by request, donations preferred in memory of David for the British Heart Foundation c/o the Funeral Directors. A collection plate will be provided at the Crematorium.

A lovely service today at St Luke’s Church, Silverdale prior to Internment at Keele Cemetery for the late John, loving husband of Margaret, beloved father of David and the late Donald, loving stepfather, grandad, great-grandad, brother and father-in-law. John will be deeply and sadly missed but fondly remembered by all his loving family and many friends.

Peter (Punko) Holdcroft

Passed away peacefully in his sleep on
Monday December 30th 2024.

An extremely devoted Son to Mum Doreen, dearly loved Father to Peter, Melanie, Michael, Jonathan and an amazing Grandad to his 10 Grandchildren.

The family would like to pass their gratitude on to Pete's neighbour and close friend, Paul Underwood.
For not only his friendship but for the support he gave over recent years and continues to provide to Mum Doreen.

Pete will be deeply missed by the many people's lives he touched during his long career in the motor trade, always on hand to help and bring a smile with his passion of fast, loud cars!

A private cremation will take place.

Donations if so desired will be greatly received

Beloved wife of Raymond, cherished and much loved mum of Hazel, Paul, Sandra, Candida, Natalie, Gillian, Christopher, Jonathon and the late Deborah, much loved and cherished mother-in-law, nan, great-nan and sister-in-law, loved sister of Jacqueline and will be sadly missed by her four legged companion Freddy.

I drew you a colourful rainbow
It followed your car for a while
I made a spectacular rainbow
I hoped it would show me your smile

I flew down a beautiful robin
It landed right there on your ledge
I prayed he would give you the strength
