IT’S CHRISTMAAAAAAAS!

We signed off this year in style with our Christmas party at Gosforth Civic Theatre today.
Muppets Christmas Carol, The Big GCT Christmas Quiz, a delicious Christmas lunch, tunes from DJ Simon and awards for The Best Dressed!
Mr Bean even made an appearance 😲

We had a fabulous evening of dance and physical theatre with 6 of our groups performing. Shout out to The Lawnmowers Independent Theatre Company and TIN Arts for taking part too.

Thank you to everyone who came down to watch the show and support us. It was our biggest audience to date! 👏👏👏

Over the last couple of months, our Youth Sport & Wellbeing group have been developing their badminton skills at Tyneside Badminton Centre 🏸

We have mastered forehand & backhand serves, rallies, smash shots and positioning. Shout out to our coach Sarah!
It is fab to see everyone improving so much every week! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

🏆 🏆 Sport & Wellbeing Mini Olympics 2024 Champions are crowned! 🏆 🏆

Yesterday saw our 7 week Mini Olympics come to an end with Andrew, Adam and Ed taking 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
We battled it out over the weeks in long jump, shot put, basketball, football, javelin, running and high jump. Go team! 👏👏
Shout out to Rosie for rocketing from 10th place to 6th to take the 'Most Improved' title!

GCT Youth Dance had an absolutely fab time performing at Smile For Life Children's Charity variety show at the weekend.
Thank you for having us!

Sadly, this was our Issy’s final performance as part of our Youth Dance group. Issy is one of the original members of Youth Dance and she is an absolute star, it has been a pleasure having her in the group. We love our sassy queen! 🌟🌟🌟

We’ve been along to support our friends at The Brandling Arms today for their ‘100 Mile Challenge’ charity event today.
Ozzy, Simon, James, Phil, Ed, Kelly, Heather and Steph completed 10 miles on the bike as Team Brandling try to complete 100 miles in one day!
