Life Meetings and Events combines striking architecture with world-class facilities to provide a contemporary backdrop for a huge range of events. Located just two minutes' walk from Newcastle Central Station in the heart of the city, we offer everything you would expect from a sophisticated event venu

With high ceilings throughout and numerous layout options, each of our eight suites has been designed with versatility in mind. Whether you need an intimate executive boardroom or 350 sqm of exhibition space, the Life team will help you find the right space for your delegate numbers and business needs. Life Conference and Banqueting is part of the International Centre for Life - a purpose-built, pioneering science village which incorporates an award-winning visitor attraction and educational space as well as Times Square, one of Newcastle’s most attractive outdoor spaces and one of the largest open air areas available for hire in the city centre. Ideal for outdoor events, it can also accommodate your own temporary structure, canopy or marquee. The Life Science Centre is also available to hire for partial and exclusive use, including the biggest planetarium in the North of England. All of our indoor venues have FREE Wi-Fi available throughout.

Gavin Forster Wedding Photography popped in to see us yesterday at Life Meetings & Events. Gavin has a real eye for lighting and it was great to see his enthusiasm when looking round our venue. We understand how important getting that 'perfect shot' is on your wedding day which is why it's so fantastic to meet photographers who can help us capture that for you. Life Science Centre is not your average wedding venue but it can however provide us with some fanstically unique back drops.
