Important announcement
Death of the Corn!!!

Brings THE DARKNESS

Unfortunately, we are unable to run ‘Cornered’, our Corn Maze this year.
Let’s explain why and also announce some exciting news!
Maize can be quite a challenging crop to grow in the UK, especially in the north of England and Scotland, due to its sensitivity to temperature. The cold start to the 2024 crop growing season has seen many farmers maize crops fail to grow well, or even germinate. This is a result of the soil temperature being too cold for too long which hasunfortunately meant our maize crop has suffered this fate.
We have done everything possible to try to recover the crop,replanting areas and applying extra fertiliser etc. Although this has helped, the poor yield has left us with no choice but to cancel ‘Cornered’ for this year as we cannot provide the totally immersive experience that our customers have become accustomed to.
This has been a very difficult decision; however, we are determined that this will not reduce our customers choice of scare experiences this year and have created a new scare maze to run in place of Cornered!
