This was a first for us but how beautiful…!?

We fell in love with the simple but effective decor at St Michael’s Catholic Church in Houghton-Le-Spring for Nichola and Adams wedding a few weeks back.
We provided decor for the pews as well as free-standing arrangements that were reused at their reception venue.

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT - So the cat’s out the bag then - Claire Gatens and I have become the owners of The Little Blue Heart Co. (Formerly Beckwith Events, setup by Maria Beckwith) Claire worked with Maria at Beckwith Events for a number of years a decade ago whilst at uni, she’s since had the roles of wedding manager and coordinator at Martinos Seaham, then Crook Hall & Gardens, The George Washington Hotel, Golf & Spa & most recently Le Petit Chateau. Experience and dedication has resulted in Claire taking the lead in this events decor business. We will be taking it onwards and upwards, ordering new stock, lots of custom ideas currently being designed and created, the website is in the making - oh and we have renamed the company: “WE FANCY THE NORTH” - because we do! We love the North and we aim to fancify any event we are invited along to transform! Please note that all bookings currently in the diary for Little Blue Heart will be honoured and all arrangements in place are still applicable under our new ownership.
