We appreciate that we ran out of sweets at some stops, although the event is not about getting sweets at each stop , i think some little ones over indulged 😋 but a big thanks to our wonderful team who were on hand to quickly restock we have done miles in the park today 🤣.

This event gets bigger each year and we look forward to adapting it more and more.

TREAT AND TRAIL EVENT INFORMATION 🎃💀✨🏞️⚠️❗️❗️❗️❗️

HOW TO ENTER THE EVENT- This year you can enter the event just like kingdom in the park at a choice of two entry points!!

One at each end of the Trail! there is two ways to start or end you choose what way you’d like to do it these are:

Access 1 - Beside Band stand this is closest to car park 🌳🚘🎃

Access 2 🌳🎭- Gate 1 - opposite little theatre

theatre other side of park ( usual main entrance we used previously)💀 postcode NE84JS

If you start at access 1 you’ll end at access 2 or vice versa! Note if you walk in the park at a different gate you must make your way to one of the start points to begin!

You MUST sign in and register with one of our staff members at one of these start points to

access your Kingdom PASS
( you will NOT be able to access the characters to interact or take pictures without this )
you’ll also be🎫 given a Map to start the trail!

YOU’LL ALSO BE GIVEN A HALLOWEEN TREAT BAG TO COLLECT YOUR TREATS ALONG THE WAY YOU NEED THIS SO PLEASE SIGN IN AT A START POINT- 👻🗺️🎃🍁🍂

The registration points will be marked also with a banner on each one with the event flier and flags at access 1 & 2! ✨

Once given a map of where to find characters in park and your Kingdom Passes & halloween treat bag you can do the trail either way off you go.. 💨🍁🍂🎃

📸✨NOTE You must queue for photos beside each flag ⛳️when meeting characters at each point to allow flow in the park and other people to wait in line.

Once you have done the trail you can enjoy the rest of the public park at you own leisure including maze, childens play park , cafe , and ride on train 🚂 ( charges for train are extra as this is not part of our event)

Weather 🌦️

If it rains the event will still go ahead unfortunately British weather is unpredictable but wear wellies and bring umbrellas ☔️ 🎃

Let it Snow was only ever meant to be a winter hobby started by Brooke & Louisa in 2014 after working backstage at Disney on ice. Then like a wave of a wand Let it snow massively took off over night and has now turned into a fully fledged business visiting parties & Events all over the North East and making 1000’s of children smile each year with over 60 characters going into our 7th year! In 2015 we launched our first event Princesses in the park in Northumberland Park which was a huge success and again the following year in 2016 which also sold out in weeks of launch!

After running let it snow for 4 years together as best friends and business partners the time was right to go in a different direction with the business. Brooke had wanted to open a Fairytale shop and take it to the next level & focus on large scale events while Louisa wanted to focus on her new adventure following her dreams of being a sports massage therapist.

Let it Snow is now ran solely By Brooke after Louisa embarked on a new adventure into the world of sports massage which she now practices in her own business NE Sports Massage alongside her Elsa duties! Louisa is a huge part of the magic still that is created within let it snow and still has a huge input creatively and on a management level as she didn't want to fully hang up her crown! We are so thankful for this as our events are ever growing!

While Louisa took a step down Brooke opened Fairytale cottage back in Sept 2018, a small shop in Tynemouth decorated in fairytale props where children could meet fairytale characters on weekends and at parties! Fairytale cottage was hugely successful but after one year of trade Brooke realised the venue was lacking accessibility and the ability to grow correctly due to the size, also the concept was a labour of love and demanded major hours! Fairytale cottage was so special to Louisa and I and the memories made will stay with us forever as we are pleased to say we were the first in UK to offer this service. After this Let it Snow was further propelled into the limelight and the demand for our services & Events were larger than ever!

In 2019 Brooke launched Fairytale Express a fairytale train where children had the chance to meet characters on a real steam train, Wizards express a wizard school themed train and A Frozen Christmas which was hosted at Discovery museum!

After the success of these Let it Snow will launch a further 4 events in 2020 whilst still focusing on perfecting our craft head hunting new talent for our kingdom and doing parties each weekend.

Why we do this:

At Let it Snow we really want children to believe in the magic and maybe a few adults if we can help it! We want them to really think the real character has came to meet them! This is our mission & passion so we use the very best costumes, wigs and accessories no matter the cost in order to make sure we are so much like their idol. We are aware that there are many companies who offer what we do, but we feel we are among the few who do this with magic and the utmost detail with the right products! After all if they dont believe they are the real person its just an adult in a costume then whats the point?

We take your child's dreams and expectations into our hands very seriously and we always cherish every opportunity to attend your special occasions. Some of you we have seen your children grow up as we have attended each year and we love seeing them grow up into little people and we find this a huge privilege!

We are always wanting to reinvest your money back into the company to create the best characters and we couldn't do this without your continued support. We thank each and everyone of you no matter how much business you have given us in the past it all counts as the magic begins with you!

We look forward to making everything bigger and better at Let it Snow each year we challenge ourselves we find this so important we don't want to get lazy!

We know children want new things all the time this is why we make regular visits to the Parks, stay up till all hours of the morning looking for accurate costumes, always try to keep up to date with the latest character details and make sure we are watching the newest programs/movie trivia to keep your little ones believing & smiling!

The magic is our focus and always will be, the feeling of seeing their faces light up is why we do this and we forever want to keep that for our customers whatever age you are!
