Our Fairy godmother has been busy with our new cast kingdom dressing room! 🗝️🏰✨

As we have huge amounts of stock now for our kingdom it does span 3 studios now 😨

Our main warehouse is unfortunately so cold in winter this can make changing Challenging 🤣🥶

so to combat this we have made our very own Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique themed room! Including fairy godmother fridge 🧚

This is for cast members on party days to transform warm into the magical characters which attend your party & into the headspace of a real character! 👑🫅🦸🏻

Each year We invest in costumes but this time wanted to invest in our cast members as without them we cant do what we do✨🫶.

It’s been a working progress over last 3 months and still is to be fully filled up but we will be doing a little video tour very soon.

Huge shoutout to our helpers especially our longest running elsa who stayed with me to do this and our magical cast who deserve this upgrade!💕💖

POLITE CUSTOMER NOTICE 💕🫶

We are currently working on new party packages, restructuring prices for parties for 2025 and our website to make it more accessible and user friendly.

Unfortunately this is happening later than planned due to being unwell and our current workload.

Our event schedule is also being finalised for this year our dates should be with you very soon.

To note We have had an influx of last minute booking requests which unfortunately most we cannot make.

A helpful tip for securing us as entertainment is to get all of your venue’s availability and cross reference that with ours that way we can most likely make one of those times.

Pricing increase 🏰

We haven’t actually raised our prices in 10 years but unfortunately this year we will have to do so very slightly.

These will now be:

1 character 30 mins midweek only £125
2 characters 30 mins £145
2 characters 60 mins £170
2 characters 90 mins £200

2 characters 90 mins and assistant and
Mascot £215

2 characters 90 mins and 2 mascots £235

We still take £20 to book the rest is one week before to give you time to pay.

Definitely suggest getting your dates to us asap to avoid disappointment.

Requirements :

💫 Male and Female Presenting Performers:
4’8” – 6’3”

💫Performers of all races and ethnicities to bring to life Characters and a variety of other roles. Performers should be willing to demonstrate good energy levels and basic coordination to music.

💫If applying for mascot roles this will require wearing large body costumes, heads, and feet.

💫 💫 Ability to work independently and confidently.

💫 Can get to our base location in Heaton and Happily ever afters in Sunderland including event locations.

2024 what a year for the business! Definitely feels like our most achieved year! We reached our 10 year anniversary 🎂 completed Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, Chester Le street & Consett light switches 🎄 Our cast pulled off 5 themed Events 🎤 We massively added to our wardrobe and completed our fairytale couples costumes plus fairies and added 10 new mascots to the collection. Let it Snow was only ever meant to be a winter hobby started by Brooke & Louisa in 2014 after working backstage at Disney on ice. Then like a wave of a wand Let it snow massively took off over night and has now turned into a fully fledged business visiting parties & Events all over the North East and making 1000’s of children smile each year with over 60 characters going into our 7th year! In 2015 we launched our first event Princesses in the park in Northumberland Park which was a huge success and again the following year in 2016 which also sold out in weeks of launch!

After running let it snow for 4 years together as best friends and business partners the time was right to go in a different direction with the business. Brooke had wanted to open a Fairytale shop and take it to the next level & focus on large scale events while Louisa wanted to focus on her new adventure following her dreams of being a sports massage therapist.

Let it Snow is now ran solely By Brooke after Louisa embarked on a new adventure into the world of sports massage which she now practices in her own business NE Sports Massage alongside her Elsa duties! Louisa is a huge part of the magic still that is created within let it snow and still has a huge input creatively and on a management level as she didn't want to fully hang up her crown! We are so thankful for this as our events are ever growing!

While Louisa took a step down Brooke opened Fairytale cottage back in Sept 2018, a small shop in Tynemouth decorated in fairytale props where children could meet fairytale characters on weekends and at parties! Fairytale cottage was hugely successful but after one year of trade Brooke realised the venue was lacking accessibility and the ability to grow correctly due to the size, also the concept was a labour of love and demanded major hours! Fairytale cottage was so special to Louisa and I and the memories made will stay with us forever as we are pleased to say we were the first in UK to offer this service. After this Let it Snow was further propelled into the limelight and the demand for our services & Events were larger than ever!

In 2019 Brooke launched Fairytale Express a fairytale train where children had the chance to meet characters on a real steam train, Wizards express a wizard school themed train and A Frozen Christmas which was hosted at Discovery museum!

After the success of these Let it Snow will launch a further 4 events in 2020 whilst still focusing on perfecting our craft head hunting new talent for our kingdom and doing parties each weekend.

Why we do this:

At Let it Snow we really want children to believe in the magic and maybe a few adults if we can help it! We want them to really think the real character has came to meet them! This is our mission & passion so we use the very best costumes, wigs and accessories no matter the cost in order to make sure we are so much like their idol. We are aware that there are many companies who offer what we do, but we feel we are among the few who do this with magic and the utmost detail with the right products! After all if they dont believe they are the real person its just an adult in a costume then whats the point?

We take your child's dreams and expectations into our hands very seriously and we always cherish every opportunity to attend your special occasions. Some of you we have seen your children grow up as we have attended each year and we love seeing them grow up into little people and we find this a huge privilege!

We are always wanting to reinvest your money back into the company to create the best characters and we couldn't do this without your continued support. We thank each and everyone of you no matter how much business you have given us in the past it all counts as the magic begins with you!

We look forward to making everything bigger and better at Let it Snow each year we challenge ourselves we find this so important we don't want to get lazy!

We know children want new things all the time this is why we make regular visits to the Parks, stay up till all hours of the morning looking for accurate costumes, always try to keep up to date with the latest character details and make sure we are watching the newest programs/movie trivia to keep your little ones believing & smiling!

The magic is our focus and always will be, the feeling of seeing their faces light up is why we do this and we forever want to keep that for our customers whatever age you are!
