Have you ever wanted to learn a Martial Art?

Sh**un Ju-Jitsu club is now enrolling for beginners in our child and adult classes.

Classes are ran twice per week at the Ray Gray Community Centre by an experienced coaching team.

Classes every Tuesday and Thursday evening:

- Children - 6:30pm to 7:30pm
- Adults - 7:40pm to 8:40pm

Ages 5 and above are welcome, separate child and adults classes. Free trial lesson. See the image in this post for further details or visit our website for further information.

Plenty of seating available for spectators and tea/ coffee facilities also available whilst waiting.

Come along for a free trial class, a great after school/ after work activity for Children, Young People & Adults.

Ju-Jitsu is a great all round activity with so many positive benefits including:

🥋 Learn a Self Defence based Ju-Jitsu system

🥋 Increase your self confidence 🥋

🥋Become an achiever as you progress through the Ju-Jitsu belt system 🥋

Children will have a great session with a mix of martial arts, fitness and co-ordination building skills & drills & fun based activities

The first lesson is free.

🥋Tuesday night classes:

Juniors Class: 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Adult Class: 7.40pm - 8.40pm

🥋Thursday night classes:

Juniors class: 6.45pm - 7.45pm
Adults class: 7.45pm -8.45pm

The Centre is holding a FREE event on this Friday at 1.30 pm.

It's a Trip down Memory Lane with speaker and local author Andrew Clark who will bring various items from bygone days. These will hopefully bring back many happy memories. Audience participation is essential and you will be encouraged to share your memories with others at the event.

There's free cake and cuppa, good company - and it costs nowt!!

Places are limited but there are quite a few available so it's a case of first come, first served (unless you have already reserved your space). So please come along and enjoy a lovely afternoon reminiscing about past times.

Hi everyone!

Just a reminder that, even though it is half term, the Sh**un Ju Jitsu Club will still be on tomorrow (Tuesday) evening.

6.30 pm for Juniors (age 6 and over)

7.40 pm for Seniors (think this is based on ability
rather than age!)

So come along and give it a try - only £5 per 1 hour session but your first (taster) session is FREE 😊
