Topics for Wednesday speakers never fail to inform and entertain but sometimes, a story comes along which brings waves of emotion, inspiration and hopefully action.

Last Wednesday's speech was just that. Jim spoke from the heart about his incredible battle with prostrate cancer and how lucky he had been. It was sprinkled with Jim's raw and humourous remarks, but the message was loud and clear - 'guys - go and get checked!'

We also welcomed new members Mark from Caremark - Lewes and Wealden North and Laura from Whittfit Training. Our visitor Charlotte from Help Me With My Event picked up the oscar for coming along on only her third day in business! We hope to see you again soon!
