Award-winning luxury venues. The Granary Estates comprises of two individual venues. It really is a blank canvass awaiting your own personal interpretation.

The Granary Barns are to be found in the picturesque village of Wooditton, set within the family estate. The two barns comprise of stunning 18th century flint work and have the original timber beams on display throughout. The main barn can hold up to 240 or 180 seated guests with dance floor and bar. The smaller Granary Barn can seat up to 50 for a more intimate gathering and with the wedding lice

nse granted is the perfect location for your wedding day!! The main barn then opens up onto a beautiful grass courtyard, perfect for canopies, drinks, mingling and those all important photo opportunities! The Granary Barns provides an ideal wedding venue, and with our events manager working closely with you there will be nothing left to chance for your perfect day. The Polo Club is found on the outskirts of the village of Dullingham and consists of a recently refurbished sporting pavilion surrounded by 32 acres of grass. The pavilion itself is able to seat 50 and is totally self contained with kitchen and amenities. It is perfect for small gatherings or why not have a marque off the side for much larger events- there is plenty of parking after all!! It is perfect for marque weddings, conferences, parties and sporting events. Come and talk to us with your idea and we will see what we can do!

We asked Owner, Guy Taylor how the journey of wedding & events started here at The Granary Estates 11 years ago...

"From hosting my sister’s wedding in the barn back in 2008 in its unimproved state we saw it was such a success, and so many positive comments we wanted to restore the barns back to its former glory and offer what we have today.

It started in earnest in early 2012 and my vision was that we wanted to keep the essence of the 18th century flint barn, but with finer touches such as underfloor heating, a nice bar and loos. (A lot of people judge a venue by its loos). I also wanted to create the feeling of comfort and grandeur within a barn setting which was more than just your average barn conversion."

A wedding breakfast refers to the first meal shared by the newlyweds and their guests after the wedding ceremony. Despite the name, it doesn’t necessarily happen in the morning; it’s the traditional term for the main meal served at a wedding, whether it’s lunch or dinner.
