First site visit completed of many planned this week. This one was a gem today. You can’t beat seeing venues in the flesh to really determine if the spaces suit your client’s needs, the audience and offer all the logistical requirements to make the event a success.

We were privileged to be invited along to the opening of last weekend.

One word…wow!

The new venue offers a premium clubhouse experience with luxury accommodation and spa facilities.

With views of the iconic track from the restaurant and rooftop bar it really does offer a great event space and viewing gallery for on-track action.

Thank you to the team for showing us around……we can’t wait to come back again soon.

We can’t believe it was two weeks ago that we joined the team for the launch of their S3 model in the South of France.

Such a stunning vehicle and location, beautiful drive routes and a fantastic Press and PR audience.

It was a very busy few days last week at Company Car in Action for the brand teams at Volkswagen Group UK -

A successful two-day event with over 500 ride and drives took place showcasing over 25 vehicles across the brands.

The RacingLine team were delighted to support with the pre-event management along with being onsite, managing the ride and drive experiences for visitors, booking of test drives, and full vehicle management onsite.
