First site visit completed of many planned this week. This one was a gem today. You can’t beat seeing venues in the flesh to really determine if the spaces suit your client’s needs, the audience and offer all the logistical requirements to make the event a success.

We were privileged to be invited along to the opening of last weekend.

One word…wow!

The new venue offers a premium clubhouse experience with luxury accommodation and spa facilities.

With views of the iconic track from the restaurant and rooftop bar it really does offer a great event space and viewing gallery for on-track action.

Thank you to the team for showing us around……we can’t wait to come back again soon.

It was a very busy few days last week at Company Car in Action for the brand teams at Volkswagen Group UK -

A successful two-day event with over 500 ride and drives took place showcasing over 25 vehicles across the brands.

The RacingLine team were delighted to support with the pre-event management along with being onsite, managing the ride and drive experiences for visitors, booking of test drives, and full vehicle management onsite.

It was an early flight for the team to Nice this morning, for a Press and Pr launch event of a prestigious new vehicle.

It’s a busy week ahead for the rest of the events team, with three further events, supporting two of our clients for Company Car in Action at Millbrook Proving Ground and a trip to Ireland for an additional Press and Pr event with an equally impressive vehicle launch.

Norway you have not disappointed today, we’ve had such a productive time so far. This country is stunning, the people so genuine and golden skies at 23:00 have blown us away. The team are shattered and heading for some well earned shut eye, but we’re looking forward to a few more hours tomorrow before heading home.

We’re throwing it back to last week, the team had a busy week delivering not one but two large conferences for Volkswagen Group - One Aftersales leaders.

The events hosted over 330 guests at each of the two great venues with multiple breakout session, several open zones and a fabulous keynote speaker.
