Unfortunately due to a few events over the past few weeks causing significant amounts of damage to our decorations and us having to cancel certain bookings we will now be taking a damage deposit upon booking. It’s unfortunate that it’s come to this but with our decorations being destroyed beyond repair and us having to cancel events and being left out of pocket, it’s a must that has to be put into place. The deposit will be handed straight back after collection and once everything is checked over. We hope you can all understand as it’s very upsetting seeing our decorations being ruined and not paid for leaving us having to pay for the damages/replacement😢
