1. The biggest thing we’ve noticed lately is over shopped brides…don’t do that to yourself! Research and pick two bridal shops to visit and stick with them! Too many stores and dresses will cause chaos in your mind 🤯
2. It’s OK to love a dress that isn’t exactly what you always pictured. Most brides come in with an expectation on what they want, and choose the absolute opposite…it can be hard to get your head around the fact that it’s totally different…but that’s OK! It happens more than you think.
3. Value your parties opinions but don’t let them destroy your dream. Too often, brides crush their own thoughts and dreams due to one party members opinion. Bring only your most trusted friends and family - less is more!
4. Lastly - have FUN! This is supposed to be a fun experience ❤️ Any good shop will leave you feeling at ease, happy, heard and valued. We are here to EMPOWER YOU!

There are few really important things to remember in preparation for your first bridal fitting with our seamstress so that she can work to achieve the perfect fit for your gown:
1. The wedding dress! This may seem obvious but bringing the dress you need altered is crucial.
2. Undergarments and shapewear: Wear or bring the exact undergarments/shapewear that you’re planning to wear on your big day. This will ensure that the dress is altered to your exact shape and avoids any surprises on the day.
3. Shoes: Bring the shoes that you’ll be wearing on your wedding day so that the length can be altered perfectly, ensuring that the hemline is just right.
4. Accessories: If you have a jacket/bolero/ shawl/ belt or any other accessories that may need adjusting or adding to your gown, be sure to bring them along too.
5. Questions and notes: Write down any questions or concerns about the dress or alterations. This will make sure that you don’t forget to address anything important during your appointment.
